Fugazi collects email addresses solely to control access to the Fugazi whitepaper and to perform account authentication and security verification. Email addresses are used only to deliver one-time passcodes to users whose addresses have been approved in advance.

Access to the Fugazi whitepaper is limited to an approved list of email addresses maintained by Fugazi. Only approved addresses are permitted to receive passcodes. Submission of an email address alone does not guarantee access.

By requesting a one-time passcode, approved users consent to receive transactional emails strictly for identity verification and access control purposes.

Fugazi does not send marketing or promotional emails and does not sell, rent, or share email addresses with third parties for marketing purposes.

Users may opt out of emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any message.
